Is the membership per family or per car?

The Unlimited Wash Club membership is per car.  For example–if you wish to have two cars enrolled, you must purchase two memberships.

 

Can I use my membership at all of your locations?

You may redeem your Unlimited Wash Club membership at the locations that currently offer the program (1500 E 23rd St. in Lawrence).  Not all locations currently have the program, but we are slowly rolling it out with the intent to eventually offer it at all locations.  Thank you for your patience as we expand the program.

 

This is a monthly membership.  Does that mean it will only be for one month?

The fact that the Unlimited Wash Club is a monthly membership means that it will be a recurring charge to your card, renewing on the monthly anniversary of your signup date.  If you wish to stop the monthly charges, please log in to your account  to cancel your membership.

 

How do I change/cancel my membership?

If you wish to change or cancel your membership, complete the Wash Club change form.

 

I replaced my windshield.  How do I get another windshield sticker?

Go to any of the locations that currently offer the program (1500 E 23rd St. in Lawrence) and let them know that you replaced your windshield and need a new sticker.  They will submit that info to us at the main office and we’ll update your records.

 

I bought a new car.  How do I transfer my membership?

Go to any of the locations that currently offer the program (1500 E 23rd St. in Lawrence) and let them know that you bought a new car and need a new sticker.  They will submit that info to us at the main office and we’ll update your records.

 

I need to update my credit card info.  What do I do?

If you have a new credit card, or if your card was stolen, or need to otherwise update your credit card info, please log in to your account to update your record.

 

I cancelled my membership but I want to restart it.  What do I do?

If you’ve cancelled your membership and:

  • You still have the Elite Club Member Pass on your windshield, log in to your account to update your credit card info and restart your membership.
  • You do not have the Elite Club Member Pass on your windshield, you must purchase a new membership, print the application receipt, bring the receipt to 1500 E 23rd St. and we will install your new Elite Club Member Pass.
